RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
MAXLIVIN’ warrants the quality of its products and shall exchange any defective product. Anyone returning a damaged or defective product must complete the Product Exchange & Return Form. Product exchanges made for favourable gain through maximizing commissions or manipulating the Binary Compensation Plan (as evidenced through patterns observed or investigated by the authorities) will not be honoured and are considered a material breach of the MAXpro Entrepreneur Agreement.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS
MAXLIVIN’ obligates its MAXpro Entrepreneur to honour the 100% satisfaction, unconditional, 30-day, money-back guarantee to all retail customers. The content of the product should be at least 80% full to be eligible for a return. If for any reason a retail customer is dissatisfied with any MAXLIVIN’ product, he/she may return the product to the MAXpro Entrepreneur from whom the product was purchased within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price. If the retail customer requests a refund, the MAXpro Entrepreneur who sold the product to the retail customer must immediately refund the retail customer’s purchase price. Retail customers must return merchandise to the MAXpro Entrepreneur who sold it to them. (The MAXpro Entrepreneur details can be found in the hologram QR code stickers on each product.) MAXLIVIN’ will not accept returned merchandise directly from retail customers. The MAXpro Entrepreneur, in turn, should complete a Dissatisfied Consumer Product Exchange & Return Form and forward the form along with the original sales receipt and returned merchandise to MAXLIVIN’. MAXLIVIN’ will then replace the returned merchandise with a like product to the MAXpro Entrepreneur.
MAXLIVIN’ guarantee does not apply to (i) Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused; (ii) Sales kits, limited edition, seasonable items, and no longer available or expired products; (iii) Products that have been purchased from unauthorised sellers (third party online platforms or retail shops) will not be accepted for returns. It will not be covered by MAXLIVIN’ Return & Exchange Policy. MAXLIVIN’ will not guarantee the authenticity, and quality of the products or accept complaints about product-related issues.
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
To facilitate the processing of a return, an Independent MAXpro Entrepreneur must provide the following information when completing a Product Exchange & Return Form or Dissatisfied Consumer Product Exchange & Return Form and return the form together with the product/s to MAXLIVIN’ for further processing:
- The reason for return.
- The product name and quantity.
- The original invoice/order number.
- The name and address of the customer.
- The person who returns on behalf of the MAXpro Entrepreneur must be within the same Line of Sponsorship.
- There is no outstanding payment on the product.
